The safety of our clients is of paramount importance. We play an integral role in the selection of suitable tour operators, the development of itineraries, the management of a booking, provision of risk assessments and many of the other areas of pre-trip preparation that are so vital to the running of a safe and successful trip. When abroad, the safety of our clients is in the hands of the tour operator or expedition provider and we, therefore, have to have the utmost confidence in a tour operator's safety management systems before we are happy in recommending their services to our clients. All our tour operators can provide detailed risk assessments, 24 hour emergency contacts and full emergency response plans. Where necessary, fully qualified and experienced expedition leaders accompany groups.
