Juan Carlos has been guiding multi sport holidays in Costa Rica for fifteen years and really does know the country like the back of his hand. Fully trained in swift water rescue, he is one of the best river guides in the country. He is also a qualified Wilderness First Responder - so you know you are in safe hands! He was born on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica but moved to San Jose as a child. He is an extremely responsible and informative guide who loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and three children when he is not at work.
