It is easy to say that we are a great and responsible company, to work for and to travel with but we want to prove it. The following document outlines our goals and achievements of 2025 - 2025 Goals Review and our aspirations for 2026 - 2026 STC Expeditions Goals. We are a small company but one that is powered by passionate people who believe we can be and do better for our staff, the people in our communities and the planet that we are so lucky to be able to explore. To help shape our work we are focusing on three pillars: Communities, Diversity and Carbon Reduction. If for any reason, we don't reach our targets, we will be honest about what we have done and do all we can to keep improving.
2026 goals overview:
Reduce our waste by 5% which will be 37.42kg target.
Reduce our energy intensity by 5% which will be a target of 29.45 gigjoules
Reduce our water consumption by 5% which will be 3323 litres target
Become a B Corp Certified company (a big one)!
Support the following charities either through financial donations or volunteer work: Sir Francis Chichester Trust, Days for Girls, Dreamaway, Cool Earth, Trees for Life.
Reduce the carbon footprint of the business by 5% which is a target of 1440010kgCO2e.
